Having favorite things that you come back to time and time again helps create positive routines. If you LOVE something, you are sure to use it. If you never try new things, you'll never know if you will love them or not.
Tips
My favorite tip for sticking with anything like fitness, nutrition, lesson planning, painting a room, going on a trip is to plan for it! If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
Morning Routine
- Wake up
- Get workout clothes on
- Drink Energize (get up and GO juice)
- Go on zoom to see online fitness friends, press play on workout
Evening Routine
- Read the Bible
- Get ready for bed
- Set my alarm
- Shoot for 7-8 hours of sleep
- Know what program or workout you will do tomorrow
